How to Order
On Line
You can send your order on-line any time of the day or night using our secure site. Simply complete the order form, making sure you've completed all the necessary details and submit it on line. We strongly recommend that you pay by funds transfer to our bank account. While all our credit card details are encrypted for your protection it is faster and safer to pay by direct credit. Unfortunately, due to the increase in credit card fraud , we no longer process orders with payment by international credit cards.

How to Pay
You have the option of paying by Direct Credit ,Visa, Mastercard. Overseas orders must be paid by Telegraphic Transfer or Bank Draft in New Zealand Dollars. With the increase in GST, the low margins on our product range and the cost of credit card transactions we reserve the right to charge credit card transactions with a 2% interest payment. Currently, we have not implemented this interest payment.
Delivery
Your order will be processed as soon as we receive it. For New Zealand residents: you can expect your order to arrive at your door within two days - (depending on stock availability). All of our deliveries are made by courier to the Street address you specify.
They are dispatched by Signature Required Service. If you are not at home when the courier calls, a card will be left in your letterbox so you can arrange a suitable delivery time with them. Our Courier and Insurance charge is $10 for packages up to 5kg. An additional charge would apply for packages above this weight or for rural deliveries.
International residents: Freight will depend on the weight of the product. We will e-mail you with the final order price.
Back Orders
We endeavour to keep our on-line shopping site as up to date as possible. However we sometimes cannot accurately forecast customer demand. Should you order a product that we cannot supply, you will be notified immediately. With regards to payment, if you are paying by credit card, you will not be charged for any products on backorder until they are dispatched to you. Your payment will be refunded promptly if you cancel your backorder. There is usually no more than a 3 day delay for orders on back order.
International residents: If your order contains an item that is out of stock, we will contact you for instructions on whether you wish your order to be despatched as is or whether you wish to wait for the back ordered product.
Guarantee
Every item displayed in our on-line shopping site is covered by a full 12 month warranty. If, for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, goods may be returned within 7 days of the purchase date subject to our prior approval.
Returns
All of our items are checked before despatch and leave our warehouse in perfect condition. If you receive your goods and they are damaged, please contact us immediately.
Privacy
We are periodically able to offer other products and services that we feel may interest our customers. So you may receive details of special offers from us in the future. However, should you prefer not to be contacted, please let us know and we will ensure that your name is withheld from these mailings.
